With extensive commercial and financial experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, Mr Gale brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Board.
Mr Gale has held various board and executive positions at a number of technology and mining companies throughout his career.
He is the founder of Latin Resources, an Australia-listed resources company with significant critical mineral assets in Australia and South America. Under his leadership, Mr Gale has overseen the world class Salinas Lithium Deposit for Latin Resources from discovery through to the proposed sale of Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) to Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) for circa $600m.
Mr Gale still serves on the board of Latin Resources as an Executive Managing Director and is also the founding director of Allegra Capital, a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Perth.
He is also the past Chairman of the Council on Australian Latin American Relations (COALAR), which was established by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Mr Greenaway is a geologist with over three decades of international mining and exploration experience in Australia, Latin America (Chile & Mexico), South East Asia (Indonesia) and Africa.
He has extensive experience across exploration, development and production of copper, gold, PGE, iron-ore and lithium projects, including most recently rapidly de-risking the world class Salinas Lithium Deposit for Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) from discovery through to the Company’s proposed sale for circa $600m.
Mr Greenaway holds a Master of Science (Minerals Economics) and a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Curtin University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Western Australia. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AUSIMM), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Mr Vilensky is a practising corporate lawyer and an experienced listed Company Director, with more than 35 years’ experience in the areas of corporate and business law, as well as commercial and corporate management.
He is the Managing Director of Perth law firm Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky, practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, merges and acquisitions, mining and resources and complex dispute resolution.
Mr Vilensky acts for a number of listed and public companies and advises on directors’ duties, due diligence, capital raisings, compliance with ASX Listing rules, corporate governance and corporate transactions generally.
He is also the Chairman of ASX listed resources company Latin Resources Limited and is a Non–Executive Director of ASX-listed telecommunications and technology company Vonex Ltd.
Mr Wiener is a Chartered Accountant with extensive years of experience in corporate finance, specialising in
equity capital markets and corporate advisory services to small and mid-cap listed resource and industrial
companies. Mr Wiener graduated from the University of Notre Dame with Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in
Finance and Accounting. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the
Governance Institute of Australia.
Mr Wiener is currently Portfolio Manager at Norfolk Capital Management and has previously held roles in the Corporate Finance departments of RM Capital, Lazarus Corporate Finance, GMP Securities and Deloitte.
Mr Wiener will provide valuable commercial input as the Company continues to pursue its strategy of advancing and having a high level of focus on our Uranium projects in Brazil and Namibia, while also evaluating new and emerging opportunities that align with our growth strategy to create, grow and maximise shareholder value.
Mr Gouw has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a Certified Practising Accountant, and has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
He has more than 10 years’ experience working with ASX companies as both Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Nesbitt is an experienced uranium geologist with over 25 years of extensive experience in the uranium industry. He has worked at all of Australia’s operating and formerly operating uranium mines, and has also worked across a number of different projects and commodities in undeveloped soft and hard rock uranium deposits and exploration projects throughout Australia and US.
Mr Nesbitt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) from Flinders University and an Honours Degree (Geology) from Adelaide University. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
