- 194,736,842 options (Options) to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares), exercisable at $0.035 each on or before 31 March 2027 (Placement Options), to Shareholders who participated in the Company’s placement announced on 28 January 2025 (the Placement) (Placement Offer);
- 58,421,053 Options on the same terms as the Placement Options to GBA Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 643 039 123) for lead manager services provided to the Company under the Placement (Broker Offer);
- 8,750,000 Options exercisable at $0.06 each on or before 27 May 2027 (Corporate Advisor Offer); and
- 1,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.019 per Share to raise up to $19 before expenses (Cleansing Offer),
